The Role

We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate the adoption of TinyTrader’s white-label solutions. This role is ideal for a deal-closer with deep industry expertise, an extensive network across crypto and fintech, and the ability to deliver measurable results from day one.

Key Requirements

  • Crypto-native sales expertise: Proven experience selling technology or platforms in the digital asset space — ideally to exchange operators, prop trading firms, or fintech startups.
  • Extensive industry network: Strong access to C-level executives, crypto founders, and fintech innovators — particularly those exploring exchange infrastructure, migration, or scaling.
  • Immediate impact: A track record of delivering results quickly, with confidence in securing the first deal within 30 days.
  • Sales-driven mindset: Skilled at prospecting, qualifying leads, managing a pipeline, and structuring proposals that close. Persistent in follow-up and execution.
  • Product fluency: Solid understanding of exchange infrastructure (matching engines, APIs, wallets, KYC/AML, etc.). Coding skills not required, but ability to communicate technical value is essential.
  • Location: Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by pitching our white-label exchange solution to both existing connections and new prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from introduction to contract signing with operational support from internal teams.
  • Represent the company at leading crypto and fintech events, conferences, and investment forums worldwide.
  • Identify and develop new verticals (regional exchanges, Web3 startups, trading communities) that can benefit from our platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen positioning and generate high-quality inbound opportunities.
