Business Development Specialist

We are seeking driven and ambitious professionals to join us in a Business Development & Sales role, focused on expanding our client network in the UAE. You will be representing our design, technology, and film & animation solutions, engaging with potential clients, and driving new business opportunities. This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong earning upside.


‘Litmus Ink’ is a Communication studio specializing in visual communication strategies and technology development. At Litmus, we work with clients ranging from national and international Non-Profits, Government, and Popular For-Profit brands to scaling startups. Our team has worked with clients from different verticals such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Villgro, GIZ, IPE Global, Harvard University, MakeMyTrip, GoIbibo, Govt. of India, Niti Aayog, NIIT Ltd., APCO, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Vedanta, Oxford Policy Management, eGov Foundation, Arghyam and many other valuable organizations.


Roles and Responsibilities

This is a commission-based contract remote role for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Procuring new business through networking, word-of-mouth, cold calling and direct outreach.
  • Conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborating with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Be part of a fast-paced team working with clients across UAE and globally.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in creative, tech, or services industries).
  • Based in the UAE (required).
  • An understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools and their applications in design.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research.
  • Strong experience with online sales, offline sales or both.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
