Salary Range: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 per month

Experience: 4–6 Years


Fueling Brains Training Institute LLC is a purpose-driven startup focused on early childhood brain development and skill-building. We are on a mission to revolutionize how children learn, grow, and thrive using science-backed methods. As we expand our operations globally, we are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled Business Development Specialist to support business functions, work directly with the CEO, and help manage day-to-day and strategic activities across functions from our Dubai hub.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Support in creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Track and report leads, campaigns, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase visibility.
  • Oversee the design of marketing collaterals, brochures, and digital content using Canva/Adobe.

Sales Enablement & Lead Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through networking, outbound calls, and partnerships.
  • Support in developing impactful sales pitches and proposals to secure prospective clients.
  • Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline with regular reporting to management.


Business Research & Market Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Present research findings in structured reports to support business strategy.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to refine sales and marketing approaches.


Graphic Design & Content Support

  • Use different tools to design marketing collaterals, social media posts, and event branding.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.


Executive Support to CEO

  • Provide direct support to the CEO for calendar management, meetings, follow-ups, and project tracking.
  • Attend key meetings and ensure outcomes are actioned across teams.
  • Act as a reliable extension of the CEO for critical coordination matters.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the face of the organization with prospective clients, parents, and partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a customer-first approach.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a plus.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with ability to pitch and engage customers.
  • Prior experience with the education industry and private coaching business model.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory.
