  • Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking to expand the corporate client portfolio.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate partners to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
  • Sales strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, and collaborate with management to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Customized proposals: Assess client travel needs, policies, and budgets to develop and present customized travel packages, proposals, and contracts.
  • Performance monitoring: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs) for revenue and profitability.
  • Market analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and new airline products to maintain a competitive edge and provide accurate market intelligence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with travel consultants, ticketing agents, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery for corporate clients.

Job Type: Full-time
