Business Development Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The role focuses on winning projects through Upwork, building client relationships, and promoting software, ERP, and AI-driven solutions in global markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development processes, SaaS products, and IT services.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
• Proven record in proposal writing, lead qualification, and client communication.
• Experience with international clients (US/EU).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, NetSuite) and SaaS or AI-based solutions

Skills

• Strong understanding of Data Engineering and AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
• Analytical, target-driven, and proactive in achieving goals.
• Collaborative with tech teams and familiar with CRM tools and sales automation.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving business goals.

Additional Preferences

• Experience working with tech teams (developers, data engineers, AI specialists).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales automation platforms.
• Background in ERP or AI-based business development is a plus.
