Business Development Specialist

Overview:

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing A-2-Z Glass’s brand presence across Barry-Lawrence County through digital marketing, local partnerships, and community engagement. This role blends creativity and relationship building, turning our family-owner story into meaningful connections with customers, referral partners, and the community.

Responsible for:

Digital Marketing

• Oversee social media accounts
• Google Ads campaigns
• Maintain company website and post one blog per month
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile listings
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and solicit customer feedback

Community Outreach

• Develop relationships with insurance agents, body shops, fleet companies, car dealerships, etc
• Be the representative for chambers of commerce
• Organize appreciation campaigns and events

Brand Management

• Oversee branding, signage, and merchandise
• Ensure all marketing and customer touch points reflect A-2-Z Glass mission and family story
• Create marketing materials, flyers, and promotional items using Canva or similar tools

Budget Management

• Manage an annual marketing budget
• Track spending and ROI for each campaign or initiative

What we are looking for:

• Outgoing, personable, and community-oriented
• Comfortable networking and representing a local family-owned brand
• Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace, Canva, social platforms)
• Creative eye for design and storytelling
• Understanding of the auto glass or automotive service industry preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
