Job Purpose
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence across all divisions — including Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, and Holiday Homes.
The role requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Present and promote company services (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Holiday Homes) to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and customized offers.
- Negotiate agreements, contracts, and partnership terms in line with company policies.
- Participate in real estate exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to enhance company visibility.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry.
- Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proven record of achieving business growth targets and developing client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry dynamics.
