Job Purpose
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence across all divisions — including Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, and Holiday Homes.
The role requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
  • Present and promote company services (Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Holiday Homes) to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and customized offers.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and partnership terms in line with company policies.
  • Participate in real estate exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to enhance company visibility.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate industry.
  • Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proven record of achieving business growth targets and developing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry dynamics.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft O ice, and business proposal tools.
