Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist / Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant partners, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth for the platform. This role is perfect for someone who loves building partnerships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential restaurant partners, including popular local eateries, chains, and emerging brands.
  • Actively reach out to leads, conduct meetings, and present the YAY Food platform’s benefits.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with restaurants to onboard them onto the platform.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Work closely with the data entry/onboarding team to ensure smooth partner setup.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the food tech and delivery industry.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Commercial Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
