Digitech Outsourcing Solution (DOS) is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team on-site at our office. This is a full-time role aligned with US business hours.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to help grow our BPO and virtual assistant services by managing bids, outreach, and follow-ups across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Submit Bids on Upwork
- Search, review, and qualify relevant job posts.
- Draft and submit well-structured proposals using our existing templates and guidelines.
- Track which proposals are performing and share insights.
2. Manage Lead Lists & Upload to Instantly
- Work with existing lead lists provided to you.
- Clean, refine, and format leads based on given criteria.
- Upload and organize targeted leads into Instantly (cold email tool) for campaigns.
3. Manage CRM Follow-Ups
- Keep our CRM updated with lead status, notes, and next steps.
- Ensure no warm lead is left without a follow-up.
- Maintain an organized pipeline for all active prospects.
4. Coordinate Responses & Notify the CEO
- Monitor replies from Upwork, email, and other channels.
- Flag high-priority leads and discuss response strategy with the CEO.
- Draft initial replies based on direction and send for approval where needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, lead generation, or Upwork bidding is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working full-time during US business hours.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Upwork, CRM systems, and Instantly (or similar cold email tools) is an advantage.
- Highly organized, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups.
