English x Arabic Trainer – Conversion & Retention

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Conversion & Retention Training

About the Role

We are looking for a CFD Sales Training Specialist responsible for training and developing our Conversion and Retention teams , ensuring they gain strong product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and—most importantly—a complete understanding of compliant sales practices when interacting with retail clients.


The role focuses equally on:

  • Improving overall conversion & retention performance
  • Ensuring all agents follow correct risk disclosures and permitted language

If bilingual (English x Arabic) candidates are available, they are preferred. However, we will consider hiring two individuals if needed.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Training with a Strong Compliance Focus

  • Train agents on CFD products, leverage, margin, and risk, ensuring they can explain each point clearly and transparently.
  • Provide deep training on what constitutes compliant vs. non-compliant sales behaviour based on regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure agents fully understand:
  • Allowed vs. prohibited claims
  • Correct risk wording
  • Avoiding financial advice
  • Avoiding misleading, aggressive, or manipulative language
  • Proper handling of vulnerable clients
  • Deliver onboarding training for all new agents joining Conversion and Retention.

2. Ongoing Coaching & Performance Improvement

  • Monitor live and recorded sales calls to assess performance and compliance.
  • Provide structured feedback sessions focusing on both sales effectiveness and correct conduct .
  • Conduct regular role-play sessions (objections, difficult clients, compliant upselling).
  • Identify individual and team weaknesses and provide targeted improvement plans.
  • Support agents in achieving KPI improvements while maintaining regulatory standards.

3. Alignment with Team Leaders & Management

  • Work closely with TLs and Management to identify training needs.
  • Adapt training plans based on performance trends and regulatory updates.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent messaging, scripts, and sales communication flows across the department.

Requirements

  • Experience in Conversion or Retention within the CFD/Forex industry is a must.
  • Prior experience as a Trainer, Team Leader, Coach, or Senior Agent.
  • Strong knowledge of CFDs, trading concepts, and risk disclosures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train with a balance of sales performance and compliance focus.
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic (bilingual preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
