About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong expertise in generating IT projects through Fiverr. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of high sales conversions, managing multiple gigs, maintaining top-rated profiles, and handling international clients independently. Experience with Upwork or other platforms will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s Fiverr profile, gigs, and service offerings to increase visibility and conversions.
- Identify new opportunities, analyze market demand, and create high-performing gig strategies.
- Communicate with international clients, understand requirements, and draft proposals that convert into long-term business.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and deliverables to close deals effectively.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams for proper scoping and delivery.
- Maintain client satisfaction, secure repeat business, and manage escalations professionally.
- Track KPIs, maintain sales dashboards, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Train and guide junior BDEs on platform best practices (optional but preferred).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 2+ years specifically on Fiverr.
- Proven track record of closing IT projects (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Designing, Digital Services, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple gigs, optimize rankings, and maintain consistent client flow.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong proposal writing and requirement analysis abilities.
- Understanding of IT services, software development, and SDLC.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
