Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification and preliminary assessment of potential business opportunities by collecting market data, conducting analyses and preparing summary reports for decision makers.
  • Work closely with internal functions that contribute to the sales process (Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.) to gather required inputs, consolidate information and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Conduct research, feasibility studies and market scans; analyze findings and prepare structured technical documents to support managerial decision-making.
  • Maintain constructive communication with operational and technical stakeholders within target accounts to understand needs, collect technical details and support relationship building.
  • Provide technical inputs and documentation support during contract preparation processes, including pricing assumptions, operational requirements and service scope clarifications.
  • Support the preparation of Business Case Assessment (BCA) documentation by providing data inputs, calculations and required annexes, and follow up on internal approval steps.
  • Prepare high-quality customer presentations, technical documents and proposal materials ensuring accuracy and added value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during the post-award process to ensure proper handover of technical requirements and completion of relevant documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, solution design, project management or related technical functions is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations, technical documents and data analyses
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
