Job Summary

Enza Home is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on expanding Enza Home’s presence in corporate, real estate, hospitality, and institutional markets while supporting long-term brand growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, real estate, hospitality, and institutional sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and client outreach
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversions; prepare regular performance and pipeline reports
  • Represent Enza Home at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings
  • Support management in strategic planning and expansion initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, real estate, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 3–6 years of relevant business development or B2B sales experience
