Job Overview
Enza Home Islamabad is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. This role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence, supporting the sales team, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strong networking skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, corporate, and B2B segments
- Generate leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and high-value individuals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for key accounts and partners
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of active leads
Strategy & Reporting:
- Collaborate with management to develop business development strategies and plans
- Track and report on lead generation, conversions, and revenue performance
- Suggest improvements to processes, client engagement, and sales techniques
Collaboration & Brand Representation:
- Work closely with sales, design, and marketing teams to align business development activities with company goals
- Represent Enza Home professionally at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (retail, furniture, or interior design experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals
