Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client centric presales executive/business development specialist to drive lead generation and strategic outreach for retail and corporate interior design & execution projects. The role involves engaging with CXOs, business leaders, founders, real estate developers, and procurement heads to build a strong business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct targeted outreach to senior leadership (CXOs, Directors, VPs, and Founders) through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
2. Understand client requirements, pain points, brand positioning, and project scope to align them with our design and execution capabilities.
3. Prepare persuasive pitch decks, capability presentations, proposals, and effective responses.
4. Work closely with design and projects teams to create solution oriented presales documentation.
5. Manage the end to end presales funnel: lead qualification requirement gathering coordination proposal submission.
6. Maintain CRM hygiene, track outreach metrics, and drive continuous pipeline growth.
7. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and B2B forums to build relationships and brand visibility.

Other Requirements

1. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

2. 1-2 years of experience (freshers with effective communication can apply) in presales, business development, or client acquisition—preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate, construction, or B2B solutions.

3. Confidence in conducting conversations with senior leadership and decision makers.

4. Ability to understand spatial design, project timelines, BOQs, and execution workflows (preferred but not mandatory).

5. Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn lead generation, and structured outreach.

6. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,806.84 - ₹30,000.00 per month
