Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our partner company!

Our partner operates in the on-demand manufacturing ecosystem, delivering technology-driven manufacturing solutions to a diverse global customer base across multiple industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic customers and developing long-term revenue opportunities within assigned sectors or regions. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized, high-quality manufacturing solutions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute new sales opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Acquire new strategic customers and expand business with existing accounts

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients

  • Conduct client meetings and deliver solution-oriented, customized presentations

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on customer acquisition and lead-generation initiatives

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, pricing, operations) to ensure project success

  • Support quotation, pricing, and contract processes

  • Track pipeline, opportunities, and sales activities through CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Provide structured customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement

  • Represent the company in line with its commercial strategy and values

    Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle sales processes

  • Minimum B2 level English proficiency (written and verbal)

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing services (e.g. CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding)

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations, purchasing, or supply chain processes

  • Experience managing end-to-end customer projects

  • Strong digital communication skills and comfort with online customer engagement
