Business Development Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on the education sector to drive growth, open new strategic opportunities, and build long-term partnerships across schools and universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector
• Build and maintain a structured market database and pipeline
• Engage with key stakeholders (school leadership, universities, IT & academic teams)
• Develop and grow existing accounts into strategic partnerships
• Position education solutions and training programs effectively
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate internally to tailor solutions for education clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in the education sector (KSA preferred)
• Strong network in schools/universities is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Arabic and English
