JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships for Seatech’s digital design services. The role targets US-based clients, requiring strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and consistency in achieving a monthly revenue target of $5,000.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and approach potential US clients via:
  • Cold calling
  • Email outreach
  • LinkedIn and freelance platforms
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Sales Conversion
  • Understand client requirements for services such as:
  • Website design
  • Logo and branding
  • Marketing banners
  • eBook design
  • Present tailored solutions and pricing proposals
  • Close deals to meet or exceed the $5,000 monthly target
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordination with Design Team
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
  • Ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain CRM records of leads and deals
  • Provide daily/weekly performance updates
  • Track revenue against targets

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Commission Structure:

  • 4.5% on revenue from new clients (after achieving target)
  • 1.5% on recurring clients
