Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to focus on strategic growth, partnership development, and expanding our presence in target markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract closure
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision makers
- Provide market feedback to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine positioning
Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (Fintech, SaaS, or Payments preferred)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network in the financial services, fintech, or digital identity space is a big plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of KYC, AML, and digital identity solutions is highly desirable
