Job Requirements:


· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

· Min 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or sales, in the real estate industry

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition targets

· Fluency in English and Arabic

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret market data

· Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


Job Responsibilities:


· Build strong relationships with clients and partners in the industry

· Negotiate and close deals to bring sustained revenue

· Analyse industry trends and competitor activities

· Identify potential business partnerships or deals

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets through effective account management

· Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

· Present reports on sales, revenue, expenses and provide realistic forecasts to management

· Identify new markets and industry changes while staying up-to-date on products and competition
