Role Purpose:

Support aftersales pricing for labor, Parts, TGMO, tires, batteries, consumables, and accessories by implementing pricing methodologies aligned with agreed margins and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor prices, and customer habits to enhance profitability.
  • Collect and report market and pricing feedback to management.
  • Evaluate and update pricing on ERP after obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Develop dynamic pricing tools and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present pricing analysis reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Handle daily pricing activities across all sales channels.
  • Monitor pricing performance against targets and adjust as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred).
  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Pricing Executive/Analyst in a similar industry.
  • Strong statistical and data analysis background.
  • Experience with distributors or OEMs is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access); SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen.
  • High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
