Job Purpose
Quality & Business Development Specialist supports the execution and monitoring of quality, business development, and process improvement initiatives within the
Mercedes-Benz automotive segment
at Abou Ghaly Motors. The role ensures compliance with
Mercedes-Benz Dealer Standards
, supports internal audits and quality reporting, tracks operational KPIs, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Mercedes-Benz Dealer Standards & Internal Audits

Support the implementation and monitoring of
Mercedes-Benz Dealer Standards
across all relevant automotive operations.

Conduct internal audits in line with Mercedes-Benz requirements and the approved audit plan.

Document non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and follow up with concerned departments.

Participate in Mercedes-Benz Dealer Standards audits conducted by the Market Performance Center.

Maintain and update business development documentation, audit reports, presentations, and development plans.
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring

Prepare monthly
Quality Assurance reports
in line with Mercedes-Benz standard processes.
-
Monitor the performance of diagnostic and inspection tools used within the Mercedes-Benz service operations.

Track and analyze KPIs related to service quality, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSI).
-
Support corrective and preventive actions to address quality gaps and reduce repeat service issues.

Monitor customer feedback and complaints and support improvement initiatives.
Business Development & Manufacturer Coordination

Support follow-up on AGM’s commitments and target agreements with
Mercedes-Benz Egypt
.

Coordinate with internal automotive departments to ensure alignment with manufacturer requirements and timelines.
Process Improvement & Systems Support

Support continuous improvement of automotive business processes and operational systems.
-
Assist in developing procedures, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency and compliance.

Support enhancements to software and business solutions aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards.
Dealer Management System (DMS)

Support compliance of the Dealer Management System with
Mercedes-Benz automotive standards
.

Assist in system rollouts, updates, and digital initiatives related to Mercedes-Benz operations.

Coordinate with internal teams and software providers on system-related activities.
Continuous Improvement & Organizational Support

Contribute ideas for service and business development within the Mercedes-Benz segment.

Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction (CSI) and employee engagement.
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a performance-driven and quality-focused culture.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
-
Knowledge of process management and quality systems is an advantage.
-
Minimum
3 years of experience in automotive dealerships
, preferably within
Mercedes-Benz or premium automotive brands
.

Good understanding of
Mercedes-Benz dealer systems, standards, and operational requirements
.
-
Knowledge of automotive dealership operations across sales, service, and aftersales.
-
Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
-
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and compliant manner.

Very good command of
English
(spoken, written, and reading).
