We are looking to join our IT consulting services team with a team of 40+ and growth-focused organization with a strong footprint international markets and backend teams in India. As part of this role you should be willing to work in our offices at different Coimbatore, Erode and Dubai offices as required.

Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Growth Support

  • Research and identify new business opportunities (domestic & international)
  • Support leadership in exploring International markets
  • Work on proposals, pricing drafts, presentations & partnership decks
  • Track enquiries, leads, and follow-ups internally

Coordination & Internal Support

  • Coordinate with senior management for business decisions
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, CRM updates, pitch materials
  • Maintain communication between sales, management, and development teams
  • Support leadership in vendor, distributor, or partner coordination

Market Intelligence & Documentation

  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and business gaps
    Maintain structured records for pipeline, opportunities, and contacts
    Draft MoUs, agreements, quotes, and business communication documents

Experience & Skills

  • 2 5 years in Business Development / Sales Support / Strategy / Coordination
  • Strong English communication
  • Good with documentation, structuring, and follow-ups
  • Proficient in Office Software products / tools - excel, ppt, word etc
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive
