Role Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and feedback to help track KPIs and performance.
• Identify and elevate process related issues, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Collect market and consumer insights to inform marketing and network development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to help achieve regional goals.
• Participate in training and shadowing opportunities to develop core sales and business development skills.

Role Requirements

• Interest in building a career in sales and business development.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; PowerBI, Salesforce, or SharePoint are a plus).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales support is helpful but not required.
