Business Development Specialist (Sales)

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our sales team. As a part of the sales team, you will act as an ambassador of Dailymealz by being the point of contact between business and prospects customers in order to drive sales. You will be responsible for educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our services.

Responsibilities
  • Absorb the sales strategies to achieve Dailymealz sales objectives
  • Generate potential leads and arrange meetings to open new sales opportunities
  • Clarify prospective clients' inquiries and questions
  • Engage with the customer service team to resolve any issues or problems that face customers by following up to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate reports of sales and prospective sales to analyze the sales process
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-3 years of experience as a sales representative
  • Previous experience in food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good command of English language
  • Familiar with CRM systems
