The Business Development Specialist will support in managing the BD department daily admin works, execution of in-licensing opportunities, while assisting in the management of the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio in a cross-functional coordination with the internal stakeholders, conducting market analysis, strengthening partners engagement, and assisting in the different BD projects management to ensure sustainable portfolio growth, profitability and timely delivered and executed projects.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis across key therapeutic areas.

Identify and coordinate potential in-licensing opportunities aligned with company strategy.

Conduct preliminary financial assessments, including pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Regulatory, R&D, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance).

Assist in preparing business cases and business agreement reviews.

Archiving and managing the daily admin department work.

Support product prioritization and pipeline planning.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Track progress of in-licensed & in-house products from initiation to commercialization.

Support alignment between business development and operational teams.

Maintain databases of evaluated opportunities and active projects.

Ensure proper documentation of agreements , SOPs and projects’ milestones
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

1-2 years’ experience commercial departments like Sales, marketing or Export.

Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking).

Has satisfactory negotiation, Communication and Projects Coordination skills.
