We are seeking a Business Developer Specialist Upwork/LinkedIn to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about identifying new business opportunities, managing client outreach, and generating leads on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate business opportunities on Upwork and LinkedIn, focusing on IT, digital services, and web development projects.
  • Write and submit personalized, winning proposals on Upwork to secure relevant projects.
  • Optimize and manage company profiles on Upwork and LinkedIn for increased visibility and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach and client engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, and marketers) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop client-centric business development strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Create reports to monitor and improve business development activities and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, digital services, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience generating leads and securing projects on Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Strong proposal writing skills with the ability to craft personalized, persuasive bids.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Familiarity with content strategy and LinkedIn outreach tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals consistently.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
