Business Development Specialist – US Market (Outsourcing Services)

Location: Remote (Pakistan / Offshore)
Shift: US Time Zones

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive – US Market to generate new B2B opportunities for our outsourcing services. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings with US-based decision-makers across IT services, staffing, BPO, recruitment, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect US-based companies requiring outsourcing solutions
  • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to senior decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, HR, Operations)
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements and pain points
  • Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales and leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Track daily call activity and lead progress
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve outreach messaging

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience working with US clients (IT services, staffing, BPO preferred)
  • Excellent English communication and phone etiquette
  • Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours
