Job Summary
Responsible for driving business growth through field sales activities, client acquisition, and project-based sales in the fire protection and fire safety systems domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales, client visits, and site meetings.
- Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and end clients.
- Promote fire fighting, fire alarm, suppression systems, and AMC services.
- Identify project opportunities, prepare proposals, and support techno-commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth order closure.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain sales reports.

Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Engineering)
- MBA (Marketing) – Added advantage
Skills Required
- Strong field sales & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of fire codes & standards (NFPA, NBC) preferred
- Ability to read basic drawings & BOQs
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Remuneration
- As per industry standards + performance-based incentives
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
