   Driving growth initiatives and partnerships within the telecommunications sector including identifying new business opportunities, developing market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's competitive position and drive revenue growth.
  
   Duties & Responsibilities:

   Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives in the telecommunications market.

   Develop a partnership model such as BOT, BOO, & PPP with strategic customers and Mega, Giga projects owners.
  
- 
   Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  
- 
   Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, service partners, and other industry players.
  
- 
   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and sales materials that effectively communicate the benefits of the company's offerings.

   Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide market insights that guide product development and enhancements.

   Analyze financial data to assess the viability of new business opportunities and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.

   Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and report on progress to senior management.

   Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.

   Job Specifications:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  
- 
   7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the telecommunications industry.

   Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  
- 
   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  
- 
   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

   Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

   Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, and technologies is preferred.
