Position Overview

Romeos Consulting and Staffing Agency LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to lead company growth initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and expand client relationships across healthcare staffing, virtual assistance, customer support, and professional consulting services.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, contract negotiations, and business expansion strategies. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying market opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations, corporate clients, and business owners across the United States.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Develop long-term growth plans for staffing, consulting, and outsourcing services.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare agencies, medical offices, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach campaigns, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct business presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, contracts, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the sales and business development team.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for business development staff.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and marketing departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Train team members on sales strategies, communication, and client management.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Support digital marketing and branding initiatives to increase company visibility.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and business organizations.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and outreach campaigns.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track sales performance, business growth metrics, and revenue targets.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business development reports.
  • Maintain CRM records and client databases accurately.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to improve business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, staffing, healthcare consulting, or sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing, outsourcing, or consulting industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
