General Qualifications

  • Graduated from the bachelor/master degree departments of universities, Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is a must,
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Should be presentable and have a strong communication skills which is the ability of represent, analytical thinking, result oriented and customer focused approach for a competitive environment, Good communication and interpersonal skills with an atitude for building strong and long-term client relationships,
  • Strong goal-setting, time management and organizational skills,
  • Min. 8-10 years experience in Shipping Industry and good knowledge of the market.


Job Descriptions

  • Performing necessary marketing activities to achieve and exceed the sales targets of assigned accounts in compliance with the policies defined by the company.
  • Maintaining good relationship with existing customers and improving customer base by making research and gathering information related to market developments.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides positive work environment while conducting business that requires the contribution of other departments by enabling cooperation and maintaining good relations.
  • Conducts market analysis and shares/discusses the results with Regional Manager.
  • Determines the target customer group based on the analysis that was conducted and plays an active role in gathering detailed info about existing and potential customers.
  • Conducts effective customer visits that produce results and reports the outcomes of the visits to superiors.
  • Prepares the offer considering the customer's needs and ensures that it is in accordance with the predefined tariffs and agreements.
  • Identifies potential customers, conducts effective visits to clients periodically and evaluates the results of these visits properly within the scope of the company's Sales and Marketing procedures.
  • Cooperates with Finance department in monitoring and collecting receivables and informs relevant offices/departments accordingly.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports besides other marketing reports requested by HQ and Management.
