SorsX is a fast-growing AI HRTech startup operating across the U.S. and the Middle East, and we’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across digital channels.

This is a high-impact, part-time opportunity (~20 hrs/week) for someone who can own content, copy, creative, and growth across social, email, and web.

What You’ll Own at SorsX

• Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
• Create and manage our LinkedIn-first social media strategy.
• Design clean, eye-catching visuals, carousels, short-form video content, and branded assets for social and email.
• Track performance (open rates, engagement, CTR, leads) and iterate weekly.

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech startups
• Proven success running email campaigns and automated sequences via platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Hands-on with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or video tools like CapCut
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English
• A portfolio or sample of past work (campaigns, posts, landing pages, etc.)
