Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities; business administration, economics, engineering faculties
- At least 6 month of full time experience in business, e commerce, fmcg and operations (supply chain, delivery, International logistics) development
- Excellent command of English
- Good command of MS Office, (especially G-sheet and Excel knowledge)
- Good team player with strong communication skills

Job Description
- Identify and analyze pain points, bugs, and status-related issues, determine root causes, and develop preventive and long-term corrective actions
- Analyze the needs of business units and operations teams to identify improvement areas that enhance delivery operational processes and customer/seller experience
- Manage and follow up end-to-end on developments with cargo companies and internal initiatives aimed at improving cargo operations
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring performance, risk, and quality across delivery operations
- Regularly track operational KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and take necessary actions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and different disciplines to actively contribute to company strategy and priorities
