Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Team Lead to drive revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline, and lead the business development team. The role requires close coordination with the Business Development Director to align strategies, execute sales plans, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning, sales execution, and team coordination to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Design and implement sales plans, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
2. Sales Management
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development and Sales team.
- Coordinate with BD Director, Lead Generation, and Marketing teams.
- Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle key accounts and high-value negotiations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Align sales strategies with company goals and service offerings.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
