We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align growth strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Post-Graduation (Master’s Degree) in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field (required/preferred).
  • Proven 4 - 6 experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
