We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with proven expertise on Upwork. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bidding, client communication, and closing projects on Upwork for IT and software services.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working on Upwork (mandatory)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required)

- Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Automation, etc.)

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets

Responsibilities

- Search and apply to relevant jobs on Upwork daily

- Write customized, professional proposals

- Communicate with clients and handle project discussions

- Understand technical requirements and coordinate with the development team

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects

- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
