Finixtle is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern / Bidder Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and submitting proposals on Upwork platform. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through online platforms and market research
- Assist in writing and submitting proposals on platforms like Upwork, and Freelancer.com
- Communicate with prospective clients and respond to queries professionally
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and client interactions
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer.com, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to research and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with proposal writing and bidding strategies
- Understanding of digital services (design, development, marketing, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
