Business Development/Bidder (Intern)

Finixtle is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern / Bidder Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and submitting proposals on Upwork platform. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Generate leads through online platforms and market research
  • Assist in writing and submitting proposals on platforms like Upwork, and Freelancer.com
  • Communicate with prospective clients and respond to queries professionally
  • Maintain records of bids, leads, and client interactions
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer.com, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to research and identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with proposal writing and bidding strategies
  • Understanding of digital services (design, development, marketing, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
