Job Title: Business Development Intern - AI Solutions & Digital Transformation

Location: Remote

Type: Internship (6 months) → Full-time upon performance

About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Development Intern who is passionate about technology, AI, and digital innovation.
You’ll learn lead generation to client pitching in the entire business development cycle. And grow into a Business Development Manager within 6 months based on your performance.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in selling AI and digital transformation services while working directly with the founder and tech team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and industries for AI and digital transformation.
  • Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
  • Join client meetings and demo sessions to understand pain points.
  • Communicate effectively about AI, automation, and web development solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate inbound and outbound leads.
  • Track progress and maintain CRM data for ongoing deals.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and conversion goals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and digital innovation.
  • Self-driven and eager to learn business strategy and client engagement.
  • Strong organizational and research skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and meet weekly goals.
  • Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

  • Performance review at 3 and 6 months.
  • On successful completion, offered a full-time Business Development Manager position with salary + commission structure.

Compensation Structure

During Internship (6 months):

  • Performance-based stipend + incentives per closed deal

After 6 Months (on confirmation):

  • Fixed Salary: ₹16,000/month
  • Commission: 5% of project value on every closed deal
