BUSINESS DEVEOPMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of sales and business development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow revenue.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to align strategies and ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, pipelines, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target‑driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and networking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to start immediately.
