Business Devloepment Manager (Upwork)

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on Upwork.

Drive LinkedIn lead generation, campaign design, and personalized outreach.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with CTOs, Founders, and other decision-makers.
  • Strategically segment prospects and ensure safe, efficient use of LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Manage follow-ups to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Convert outreach into long-term clients and close high-value deals via LinkedIn.
  • Mentor and guide junior BD associates to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn-based business development, lead generation, and deal closure.
  • Strong knowledge of outreach personalization and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn automation best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior team members.
