Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development with a strong focus on Upwork.
Drive LinkedIn lead generation, campaign design, and personalized outreach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CTOs, Founders, and other decision-makers.
- Strategically segment prospects and ensure safe, efficient use of LinkedIn automation tools.
- Manage follow-ups to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Convert outreach into long-term clients and close high-value deals via LinkedIn.
- Mentor and guide junior BD associates to enhance overall team performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn-based business development, lead generation, and deal closure.
- Strong knowledge of outreach personalization and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation best practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior team members.
