Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services/solutions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project handover
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to understand IT/services/products (training will be provided if needed)
- Good presentation and proposal drafting skills
Good to Have
- Experience in IT services / digital marketing / software sales
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
