About Us:
Kulcha King, part of HJ Group, is a leading restaurant and F&B brand in the UAE. We are looking for a highly experienced operations leader to oversee and scale multi-branch restaurant operations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all restaurant outlets and F&B operations across the UAE.
• Drive operational efficiency, implement SOPs, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Own P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Enhance guest experience, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multi-level teams, including restaurant managers, supervisors, and kitchen heads.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, procurement, and facility maintenance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior F&B / hospitality operations experience (multi-branch preferred).
• Proven track record of restaurant management, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in financial planning, business strategy, and multi-unit operations.
• Ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
