Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Director to lead our business operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business development, operations management, and team leadership, ideally with experience in the sanitary and electrical sectors.

As the Business Director, you will work closely with senior leadership to formulate strategies that drive company performance, manage business operations, and ensure the growth and profitability of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of professionals dedicated to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by fostering partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring budgeting, forecasting, and reporting are aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals, driving a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Report directly to the CEO and board of directors on performance, growth initiatives, and strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the sanitary, electrical, or construction industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with business management software is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED48,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
