Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, lead a team of sales consultants, drive property sales, and help build strong client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, customer handling, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the buying process.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate property site visits for potential clients and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation.
- Support in organizing promotional events, open houses, and property expos.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred:
- Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
- Own vehicle.
