In this critical on-campus role, you’ll provide expert support for our advanced digital pathology software platforms and cutting-edge laboratory workstations, ensuring seamless operation of next-generation lab technology that directly impacts diagnosis and treatment. You’ll partner closely with pathologists, lab technicians, and clinical providers in fast-paced, high-stakes environments — delivering calm, solutions-focused customer service when it matters most. This Business Field Engineer will provide business and technical application system administration services for the implementation, support, and maintenance of net new technologies/systems piloted in the Innovation Design Unit (IDU). Understand the end-to-end system workflow and integration points and serve as a liaison with collaborating technical teams. Assist with enterprise-wide system expansion when necessary. Duties include 24/7 support for information systems within accountability.
