What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts alongside business teams
• Turn historical data and business drivers into accurate, forward-looking financial models
• Track performance vs. plan, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Support long-term planning, scenario analysis, and growth strategy assessments
• Act as a trusted finance partner to commercial, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
• Deep dive into profitability by brand, category, influencer, campaign, and sales channel
• Analyze pricing, promotions, and discounts to protect and optimize margins
• Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives, investments, and business models
• Deliver clear, timely management reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership
• Track key KPIs including GMV, revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and operating costs
• Translate data into actionable insights, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Continuously improve reporting quality, automation, and structure
• Monitor operating expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Analyze cost drivers across marketing, logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and overheads
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities without impacting performance
• Support vendor and procurement cost analysis when needed
• Support month-end close by reviewing results and ensuring management numbers are accurate
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and reporting standards
• Collaborate with accounting, internal audit, and external auditors
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to leadership and cross-functional teams

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CFA (part-qualified or completed) is a plus
• 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis
• Background in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or fast-paced commercial environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong English skills Arabic is an advantage
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&Ls, and business drivers
• Sharp analytical mindset with great attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative
