Business & Finance Analyst

Damen Middle Easy is currently looking for a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You will support the Group in making fact-based, data-driven decisions by translating complex business questions into reliable insights, standardized datasets, and actionable dashboards. Your work will empower management to rationalize decision-making through high-quality quantifications and visualizations.

The Person:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business & Finance Analyst, ideally in a complex matrix or production environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling (star schemas), and multi-source reporting.
• Systems: Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or IFS.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods and project-based workflows.
• Analytical Strength: Ability to convert high complexity into clear, actionable insights.
• Communication: Skilled at explaining technical constraints to non-technical audiences and comfortable presenting insights to the management.
• Mindset: Pragmatic, indepedent, result-driven, and capable of balancing a strategic "helicopter view" with attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Natural connector between business, finance, and IT functions.
