Role Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its sales team and is seeking disciplined, performance-driven Property Consultants with a proven background in residential real estate.

Our environment is structured around measurable performance, accountability, and consistent monthly output.

Applicants are required to have a verifiable record of closing a minimum of 10 property transactions within the last 12 months. All production data must be documented and will be subject to verification.

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month + Commission
• Additional income opportunities through self-generated leads

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into closed property transactions
• Operate within defined sales targets and reporting frameworks
• Manage client interactions with a focus on serious, ready buyers
• Maintain consistent performance aligned with company standards

Candidate Profile

• Consistently close deals and deliver measurable results
• Understand structured sales systems and reporting discipline
• Demonstrate accountability, consistency, and a results-driven mindset
• Can effectively manage clients within defined budgets
• Are motivated by a combination of base salary and commission earnings
