Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Commercial & Financial Analyst to support the Global Operator Channel team in driving commercial performance, financial modelling, and business planning.

This high-impact role works closely with regional and global stakeholders to:

• Perform profitability analysis, P&L review, and financial forecasting
• Support operator performance and business cases
• Ensure global consistency across commercial and operational metrics
• Partner with finance, commercial, product, and technology teams

The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, and eager to learn, with strong financial understanding and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Commercial Analysis

• Support the Senior Manager in developing business cases, profitability assessments, and P&L models
• Conduct financial analysis, forecast modelling, budget preparation, and performance reporting
• Review and interpret profit and loss statements and operator performance financials
• Analyse KPIs and business performance metrics to identify revenue growth levers and areas for improvement
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and commercial reporting by collaborating with central finance teams

Channel Strategy & Global Alignment

• Assist leadership in implementing partner strategies to drive volume growth, revenue, profit, and brand consistency
• Work with regional leads and commercial development managers to standardize global channel metrics and drive alignment on programs and strategy
• Ensure global consistency across channel performance measurements and operator commercial models

Business Planning & Reviews

• Prepare for and participate in Annual Business Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews with Operator partners
• Develop performance dashboards, review materials, and partner presentations
• Monitor KPIs, performance trends, and operational data to support strategic decision-making

Operator Management

• Support operator contract renewals and ensure commercial model consistency globally
• Review operator performance, financial outcomes, and commercial terms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with airline, product, technology, and commercial teams to drive performance, reporting accuracy, and strategic alignment
• Liaise with central finance teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth financial reporting cycles
• Manage data extraction, report downloads, and preparation of insights for leadership

Mandatory Requirements

(Candidate must meet all the below to qualify)

• UAE National (Emirati) — required under the Emiratization initiative
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing a degree)
• Strong understanding of financial concepts (P&L, forecasting, budgeting, financial statements)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modelling, analysis, reporting)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in Dubai Media City
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience or knowledge in commercial planning, financial modelling, or business analysis
• Flexible, agile, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in commercial analysis, finance, business operations, or channel performance roles
• Exposure to travel, technology, or aviation industries
• Strong PowerPoint skills for business plans, partner review decks, and executive presentations
• Experience working with regional or global teams
• Understanding of partner/operator channel performance metrics
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
